English Horsemint Overview

English Horsemint English horsemint (Mentha longifolia) is a species of mint native to Europe and Asia. It is a perennial herb that grows to about 50-90 cm tall and has square stems with aromatic, dark green leaves and spikes of small, pink to purplish flowers. English horsemint is commonly used for its aromatic and culinary properties. It is also used in traditional medicine to support digestive and respiratory health as well as for its purported antiseptic and analgesic properties. It is important to note that Horsemint (Monarda punctata) and English horsemint are two different species of plants.

Meloxicam Overview

  • Meloxicam is used to relieve pain, tenderness, swelling, and stiffness caused by osteoarthritis (arthritis caused by a breakdown of the lining of the joints) and rheumatoid arthritis (arthritis caused by swelling of the lining of the joints). Meloxicam is also used to relieve the pain, tenderness, swelling, and stiffness caused by juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (a type of arthritis that affects children) in children 2 years of age and older. Meloxicam is in a class of medications called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by stopping the body's production of a substance that causes pain, fever, and inflammation.
