Pau D'arco Overview
Pau d'arco, Portuguese for "bow tree", is an evergreen tree native to the Amazon rainforest and certain tropical regions of South and Central America. The bark contains compounds such as lapachol, which is believed to possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Pau d'arco has been used in traditional medicine to address various health issues, including infections and inflammation. While some studies suggest potential health benefits, further research is needed to fully understand its effectiveness and safety.
Bicalutamide Overview

Bicalutamide is used with another medication (gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists; such as leuprolide or goserelin) to treat metastatic prostate cancer (cancer that started in the prostate and has spread to other parts of the body). Bicalutamide is in a class of medications called nonsteroidal antiandrogens. It works by blocking the effect of androgen (a male hormone), to stop the growth and spread of cancer cells.
