Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyll with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. In two case reports, pseudoporphyria developed after oral intake of chlorophyll. Theoretically, concomitant use with other photosensitizing drugs may exacerbate this effect.

Chlorophyll Overview
Chlorophyll is present in almost all plants, algae, and some bacteria and is responsible for absorbing light energy and converting it into chemical energy through photosynthesis.
Chlorophyll has been used in traditional medicine for a variety of purposes including odor reduction and detoxification. When used in dietary supplements, chlorophyll is generally attained from alfalfa (Medicago sativa) and algae.
Interferon Gamma-1b Overview

Interferon gamma-1b injection is used to reduce the frequency and severity of serious infections in people with chronic granulomatous disease (an inherited immune system disease). It is also used to slow down worsening of their condition in people with severe, malignant osteopetrosis (an inherited bone disease). Interferon gamma-1b is in a class of medications called immunomodulators. It is not known exactly how interferon gamma-1b works to treat chronic granulomatous disease and osteopetrosis.
