Conjugated Linoleic Acid (cla) Overview
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a type of polyunsaturated fatty acid found in small amounts in the meat and dairy products of certain animals. It is also found in small amounts in some plant-based oils, such as safflower and sunflower oil. The majority of dietary supplements utilize CLA obtained from safflower oil.
CLA has been the subject of numerous scientific studies and has been suggested to have a number of potential health benefits, including weight loss, improving body composition, reducing inflammation, and decreasing the risk of certain types of cancer. However, the evidence for these potential benefits is mixed and more research is needed to fully understand the effects of CLA on health.
Hydroxyzine Overview

Hydroxyzine is used in adults and children to relieve itching caused by allergic skin reactions. It is also used alone or with other medications in adults and children to relieve anxiety and tension. Hydroxyzine is also used along with other medications in adults and children as a sedative before and after general anesthesia for surgery. Hydroxyzine is in a class of medications called antihistamines. It works by blocking the action of histamine a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms. It also works by decreasing activity in the brain.
