Camphor, Hyoscyamine, Passif, Phenobarbital, Scopolamine, Valerian is classified as belonging to the following category: Cns Depressants
In clinical trials, 5-HTP, a constituent of Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract, has been associated with drowsiness and somnolence. It is not clear if taking Griffonia simplicifolia in combination with CNS depressants might have the same effects. Theoretically, concomitant use of Griffonia simplicifolia with medications that cause sedation might have additive effects. Some CNS depressants include clonazepam (Klonopin), lorazepam (Ativan), phenobarbital (Donnatal), zolpidem (Ambien), and others.
