In vitro research suggests that wild cherry can inhibit cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) enzymes. Theoretically, wild cherry might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4. However, so far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 include lovastatin (Mevacor), ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), fexofenadine (Allegra), triazolam (Halcion), and others.

Wild Cherry Overview
Wild cherry (Prunus serotina), also known as black cherry, is a type of tree that is native to North America. The bark, leaves, and fruit of the wild cherry tree have been used for medicinal purposes to treat a range of conditions, primarily respiratory conditions such as coughs, bronchitis, and asthma.
Wild cherry has also been used as a natural remedy for digestive problems, such as diarrhea and upset stomach.
Brentuximab Vedotin Overview

Brentuximab vedotin injection is used alone or in combination with other chemotherapy medications to treat adult patients with certain types of Hodgkin lymphoma. It is also used alone or in combination with other chemotherapy to treat certain types of anaplastic large cell lymphoma (sALCL), other certain types of peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCL; a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma) and primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (pcALCL; a type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma) in adult patients. Brentuximab vedotin is used in combination with other chemotherapy in pediatric patients 2 years or older as first treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin injection is in a class of medications called antibody-drug conjugates. It works by killing cancer cells.
