Theoretically, yohimbe might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that yohimbine, a constituent of yohimbe bark, inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme activity. The effects of yohimbe bark itself are unclear. However, yohimbe bark might theoretically inhibit the metabolism and levels of CYP2D6 substrates.

Yohimbe Overview
Yohimbe is an evergreen tree native to western Africa. The bark of the tree contains a chemical called yohimbine in concentrations ranging from 0.6-1.38%, which has been used in traditional medicine as a natural aphrodisiac and sexual performance enhancer. While widely available as a dietary supplement, yohimbe should be used with caution, as it can have side effects, such as dizziness, increased blood pressure and rapid heart rate.
Deutetrabenazine Overview

Deutetrabenazine is used to treat chorea (sudden movements that you cannot control) caused by Huntington's disease (an inherited disease that causes the progressive breakdown of nerve cells in the brain). It is also used to treat tardive dyskinesia (uncontrollable movement of the face, tongue, or other body parts). Deutetrabenazine is in a class of medications called vesicular monoamine transporter 2 (VMAT2) inhibitors. It works by changing the activity of certain natural substances in the brain that affect nerves and muscles.
