American hellebore, also known as Veratrum viride, contains alkaloids that can potentially prolong the QT interval on an electrocardiogram (ECG). This effect is similar to that of certain medications known as QT-prolonging drugs, which can increase the risk of a serious heart rhythm disorder called torsades de pointes (source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4728534/). Combining American hellebore with other drugs that cause QT-prolongation can increase the risk of adverse effects.

American Hellebore Overview
Veratrum viride, commonly known as green false hellebore and American hellebore, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to North America. The applicable part of this plant for medicinal purposes is the rhizome and root. It contains toxic alkaloids, including veratrine, which can cause severe poisoning if ingested. The toxins are thought to be able to be absorbed through unbroken skin as well. Isolated alkaloids in Veratrum viride include O-acetyljervine, cevadine, cryptenamine, cyclopamine (11-deoxojervine), cycloposine, germitrine, germidine, jervine, muldamine, protoveratrine (A&B), veratramine, veratridine, and veriloid. Despite its toxicity, Veratrum viride has been used in traditional medicine for its potential medicinal properties, although these uses are not supported by scientific evidence. Commercial dietary supplement products containing American hellebore are typically homeopathic.
Cabotegravir, Rilpivirine Overview

Cabotegravir and rilpivirine injections are used in combination for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection in certain adults and children 12 years of age or older weighing at least 77 pounds (35 kg). Cabotegravir is in a class of medications called HIV integrase inhibitors. Rilpivirine is in a class of medications called non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs). These medications work by decreasing the amount of HIV in the blood. Although cabotegravir and rilpivirine do not cure HIV, they may decrease your chance of developing acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and HIV-related illnesses such as serious infections or cancer. Receiving these medications along with practicing safer sex and making other life-style changes may decrease the risk of transmitting (spreading) the HIV virus to other people.
