Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- 5 capsules - 2-3x daily - Empty stomach
- Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 servings daily preferably on an empty stomach. On workout days, take one dose 30 minutes prior to your workout and a second dose at least 4 hours apart from your first. On non-workout days separate your doses by at least 4 hours. To maximize results drink plenty of water daily.

- If you are pregnant, breast feeding, have known medical conditions or are taking prescription or OTC medication(s) consult with your health care practitioner before using this product.
- Do not use if you are at risk or are being treated for high blood pressure, liver, thyroid, kidney or psychiatric disease, diabetes, hypoglycemia or myocardial infarction (heart attack). Not recommended for continuous, high-level use for more than 90 days.
