Formula
- This product was formulated with CLA + Collagen and when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise program, may help support: Abdominal area fat reduction Thigh area fat reduction Healthy body composition Healthy skin, hair and nails Human studies have demonstrated CLA may help reduce fat mass with a dose as low as 1.4g-3.4g per day. This product is to be used in conjunction with a healthy, reduced calorie diet and exercise plan. The amount of fat loss and change in body composition varies by individual and is related to your diet, exercise, age and body frame.

Precautions
- Warning: do not use if pregnant, nursing, or plan on becoming pregnant. Consult a physician or licensed qualified health care professional prior to use if you are taking medication, or if you have a medical condition, including, but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, enlarged prostate or glaucoma.
- This product is intended for use by healthy adults over the age of 18. Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not combine with alcohol. Not intended for use by those with a medical condition. Use only as directed. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Do not use if safety seal under cap is broken or missing.
- Contains: fish (tilapia).
- This product was produced in a facility that may also process ingredients containing soy.

- Suggested use: adults take 1 serving (2 softgels) 1 to 2 times per day for either a 50 or 25 day supply. Ideally, take 2 softgels in the morning and 2 softgels in the evening with meals.
