Description:Banaba (Lagerstroemia speciosa) is a plant species in the family Lythraceae. It is native to tropical regions of Asia, including the Philippines, India, and Malaysia. It is commonly used as a natural remedy to lower blood sugar levels in people with diabetes, and has also been used to treat high blood pressure, obesity, and kidney problems. - Directions for Use: As a dietary supplement take 1 cap twice daily, 15-20 minutes before carbohydrate containing meals. Each dose should be at least 4 hours apart.
