- Suggested use: Combine 1/2 tablespoon Detox Digest with 8 ounces hot water. Let steep for 5-7 minutes, strain, and serve! Detox Digest can be made in larger batches at the ratio of 1/2 tablespoon per 1 cup of water. For a stronger brew, steep for 10 minutes.
