- Suggested use 2 softgels per week, or as directed by the prescribing physician. Blood levels of 25(OH) vitamin D3 should be monitored regularly when taking high-dose vitamin D3 supplements such as Decara.

- Store in a dry place at room temperature, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

- Keep out of reach of children.
- Warning: Toxic effects from excessive levels of vitamin D3 may include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, dehydration, fatigue, irritability, confusion, weakness, or weight loss. People with liver or kidney disease, and those taking thiazide diuretics may be at greater risk of toxicity.
