Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
- Suggested Use: Take 3 capsules daily. Drink 4-6 ounces of water afterward and plenty of water throughout the day. (Note: Depending on your individual needs, you may take up to 6 capsules daily.) For those who cannot swallow capsules, one may open the capsules and sprinkle the lignans in their favorite beverage or on food.
