Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
- Directions for use: Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew. Duration for use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days.
Precautions
- Cautions and warnings: Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking antiplatelet medication; if you have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction; if you have excess stomach acid; if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, or having a surgery; are taking anticoagulant or blood-thinning agents, anti-inflammatory agents, or antibiotics; or if you are taking other medications or natural health products, as black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness.
