Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Directions: Take 2 capsules in the evening before bed.
- SUGGESTED USE: Take 2 capsules of Intestinal Bowel Support 1 in the morning and 2 capsules of Intestinal Bowel Support 2 at night. The Morning Formula is most effective if taken on an empty stomach, allowing 30 minutes before eating. The Evening Formula should be taken before bed. Take Intestinal Bowel Support 1 & 2 for 30 days. Repeat system as needed.
