Ba Ji Tian is traditionally used to tonify the kidneys, invigorate yang, support bone health, alleviate joint pain, and enhance vitality. Moreover, constituents isolated from Ba Ji Tian have demonstrated antidepressant properties, potentially through increasing serotonergic effects.
