- DIRECTIONS: Take two capsules twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Precautions
- Do not use if tamper seal is damaged.
- CAUTIONS: Consult your healthcare practitioner before use especially if you take prescription medication. Do not take if you are pregnant or lactating. Excess vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who might become pregnant should not exceed 5000 IU of preformed vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) per day.
