Chromium
Chromium is a trace mineral that is found in small amounts in the human body. It is believed to play a role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. It is used as a dietary supplement for its purported ability to help with weight loss and blood sugar control. There is some evidence to suggest that chromium supplements may help to improve blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes, although the results of studies on this topic have been mixed. Some studies have found that chromium supplements can improve insulin sensitivity and reduce blood sugar levels in those with poorly controlled diabetes, while others have found no significant effects.

It is purported to increase levels of GABA, serotonin, and dopamine in the brain, which can help to reduce stress and anxiety. L-theanine may also promote a sense of calm and improve overall well-being. Some studies have also suggested that it may improve cognitive function, although more research is needed. Most reported drug interactions with theanine are due to its sedative effects.

- Directions: To assess tolerance, take (1) capsule on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before breakfast and an additional (1) capsule 5-6 hours later. Once tolerance has been assessed, an additional (1) capsule may be added to the morning serving.

- Under no circumstances should the initial serving be exceeded or the warnings on this bottle be ignored. DO NOT EXCEED 3 CAPSULES IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD. DO NOT USE PRODUCT FOR LONGER THAN 8 WEEKS FOLLOWED BY A SUBSQUENT 4 WEEK BREAK.
- WARNING: DO NOT USE IN COMBINATION WITH CAFFEINE OR ANY STIMULANTS FROM OTHER SOURCES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COFFEE, TEA, SODA, AND OTHER DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS OR MEDICATIONS.
- Consult with your physician before using this product, especially if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication or if you have pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, or if you are taking a MAOI (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor) or any other medication. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing.
- DO NOT COMBINE WITH ALCOHOL. Do not use under extreme conditions of heat, sleep deprivation, or dehydration. This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older.
- Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if you experience an adverse reaction to this product. Do not exceed recommended serving. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
