Formulation
- Energy metabolism
- This product is an iron supplement for iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia when the need for such supplementation has been determined by a physician. Iron deficiency is most common among women (approximately 11% of U.S. women).
- This product has a time release delivery system that provides high potency iron over time. This may reduce gastrointestinal (GI) side effects (nausea and abdominal discomfort) common with iron supplementation.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
- 1 Per day
- Directions: Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, or as recommended by a doctor. Do not exceed recommended dose. Tablets must be swallowed whole.

- Consult a doctor before using this product if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, or if you are taking any medication or have a medical condition. Oral iron supplements may interfere with absorption of certain oral antibiotics (e.g., tetracycline) and other medications.
- These products should not be taken within two hours of each other. Occasional gastrointestinal discomfort (such as nausea) may be minimized by taking with meals. Iron products may occasionally cause bowel effects, such as constipation.
- Warning: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. (1-800-222-1222)
