D-Aspartic Acid
Description:Aspartic acid, also known as aspartate, is a non-essential amino acid that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes within the body. It functions as a building block in protein synthesis and is a central component of various enzymes. Additionally, aspartic acid plays a key role in the metabolism of nitrogen. Aspartic acid has been studied for its potential benefits as a dietary supplement. Research indicates that it may aid in cognitive function and memory by increasing the levels of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is critical for memory and learning. Furthermore, aspartic acid has been suggested to enhance athletic performance by increasing energy and endurance through the elevation of creatine levels. It is worth mentioning that aspartame, an artificial sweetener, contains around 40% aspartic acid. Aspartic acid exists in two forms, D-aspartic acid (D-AA) and L-aspartic acid (L-AA). The structural difference between the two forms is the arrangement of atoms in their molecular structure. D-aspartic acid is more commonly found in dietary supplements for athletics, as it has been studied for its effects on testosterone levels and muscle growth.

Androsta 3,5-Diene-7,17-Dione
Description:Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a natural (i.e., endogenous) hormone produced by the adrenal gland and is among the most abundant steroid hormones in the human body. It is a precursor to the hormones testosterone and estrogen, and it is thought to have various effects on the body. DHEA levels naturally decline with age. It is a popular over the counter supplement that is purported to have a variety of health benefits, including increasing muscle mass, improving cognitive function, improving mood and reducing the risk of heart disease and diabetes. The scientific evidence supporting the use of DHEA for these purposes is limited and mixed. Additionally, it could potentially interact with several different medications so if you are considering taking DHEA supplements, it is important to speak with a healthcare professional. DHEA should not be confused with other supplements containing the letters 'DHEA'. 7-alpha-hydroxy-DHEA, 7-beta-hydroxy-DHEA, and 7-keto-DHEA, all contain DHEA as the parent compound with additional structures attached.

Zinc Gluconate Dihydrate
Description:Zinc is a mineral that is essential for the proper functioning of the human body. It is involved in many important physiological processes, including immune system function, wound healing, taste, and smell. Zinc is found in a variety of foods, including meat, seafood, and whole grains, and it is also available as a dietary supplement. Zinc supplements may be used to treat or prevent zinc deficiency, which can occur due to certain medical conditions, such as gastrointestinal disorders, alcohol abuse, and certain medications. Zinc supplements may also be used for other purposes, such as to boost the immune system, improve acne, and reduce the severity and duration of colds. There are several different forms of zinc supplements available, including zinc gluconate, zinc acetate, and zinc sulfate. The most common form of zinc supplements is zinc gluconate, which is well absorbed and is less likely to cause stomach-related side effects than other forms of zinc.

Resveratrol
Description:Resveratrol is a natural compound found in certain plants, including grapes, berries, and peanuts. It has been the subject of numerous scientific studies due to its potential health benefits. Some research suggests that resveratrol may have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cardioprotective effects. It may also have potential as a cancer-fighting agent and may help to improve glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity.

19nor-Dehydroepizndrosterone
Description:19-nor-DHEA, also known as 19-nor-Dehydroepiandrosterone, is a derivative of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), a hormone produced by the adrenal glands. It is structurally similar to DHEA but with a modification at the 19th carbon position, which alters its effects in the body. This modification reduces the conversion of 19-nor-DHEA into other hormones like estrogen and testosterone, making it less likely to cause androgenic or estrogenic side effects. This makes 19-nor-DHEA potentially useful for individuals looking to support hormone balance without the same concerns about unwanted hormonal effects.
