- Witch-Hazel SAP can be used orally to support intestinal health or used topically to support would healing and skin health.
- Directions for use: Stir well. Adults: Take 1.5 ml (38 drops) three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
If you are taking minerals and/or vitamin B supplements, take this product a few hours before or after them.
