Clinical
This is an over-the-counter eye drop solution containing carboxymethylcellulose sodium, a lubricant that is typically used to help relieve dryness and irritation of the eye surface. The product is preservative-free, meaning it does not contain added antimicrobial agents. Carboxymethylcellulose sodium works by forming a protective layer on the eye and retaining moisture to soothe discomfort associated with dry eyes or environmental irritation.
