Clinical
This is a topical liquid solution containing witch hazel, an OTC monograph product. Witch hazel is commonly used as a mild astringent and skin cleanser, typically applied to the skin to help remove oil and reduce minor irritation. Products of this type are often used for general skin care and minor skin concerns. This product is marketed under FDA's established rules for OTC astringent and skin-care products rather than as an individually approved drug application.
