Clinical
Kalaya Pain Relief is a topical liquid containing menthol, camphor, and methyl salicylate. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows established FDA guidelines for its product category rather than undergoing individual approval. The three active ingredients are commonly used together in topical pain-relief products, where they function as counterirritants and are typically applied to the skin to provide localized sensations of warmth or coolness. This type of formulation is generally used for temporary discomfort relief on muscles and joints.
