Clinical
Musco MXT is an unapproved homeopathic liquid taken by mouth. It contains six plant-derived and chemical ingredients, including centella asiatica (commonly used in traditional herbalism for skin and circulation), lactic acid (typically used as a preservative or pH adjuster), and jacaranda caroba, epifagus virginiana, and panax quinquefolius (plant materials used in various herbal preparations). Homeopathic products are marketed based on traditional homeopathic practice rather than clinical testing, and the FDA does not evaluate them for effectiveness or safety in the way it does conventional drugs.
