Clinical
This is a topical lotion sunscreen that contains four active ingredients commonly used to filter ultraviolet (UV) light. Octinoxate, octisalate, and octocrylene are chemical UV absorbers that help prevent sun damage to skin. Zinc oxide is a mineral UV reflectant that works by a different mechanism to block UV rays. Together, these ingredients are formulated to provide broad-spectrum sun protection at SPF 45, an over-the-counter monograph sunscreen product regulated under FDA guidelines.
