Clinical
This is a topical lotion sunscreen containing zinc oxide and titanium dioxide as active ingredients. Both minerals are inorganic UV filters that work by reflecting and scattering ultraviolet light away from the skin. The product is formulated as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for sunscreen ingredients and labeling rather than being individually reviewed. It is typically used to help protect skin from sun damage when applied to exposed areas before sun exposure.
