Galphimia Glauca Overview
Galphimia glauca is an evergreen shrub belonging to the Malpighiaceae family and is most commonly known as thryallis. It is native to the subtropical regions of the Americas, including Mexico. Galphimia glauca leaves have been used in traditional medicine for the treatment of insomnia, anxiety and respiratory problems. It has also been used as an anticonvulsant.
