Cannabichromene (cbc) Cannabichromene is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid and one of the most abundant cannabinoids found in the Cannabis plant. It is structurally similar to other natural cannabinoids, such as tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV), cannabidiol (CBD), and cannabinol (CBN). Studies show that it does not strongly affect CB1 receptors; but likely does activate CB2 receptors as well as TRPV1 and TRPA1 receptors. It is used medically for its purported analgesic, anti-inflammatory, psychological and neurological effects.
