Gossypol Overview
Gossypol is a natural compound found in cotton plants (Gossypium species) and other related plants. It's known for its potential use as a male contraceptive due to its ability to inhibit sperm production. However, gossypol also poses health risks in high doses, including potential toxicity to the heart and other organs, which has limited its widespread medical application.
Netarsudil Overview

Netarsudil ophthalmic is used to treat glaucoma (a condition in which increased pressure in the eye can lead to gradual loss of vision) and ocular hypertension (a condition which causes increased pressure in the eye). Netarsudil is in a class of medications called rho kinase inhibitors. It works by lowering the pressure in the eye by increasing the flow of natural eye fluids out of the eye.
