Vitamin D3
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that plays a crucial role in several bodily processes. It helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus, which are necessary for healthy bones and teeth. It is also important for immune system function and may help to protect against certain diseases. Vitamin D is found in a variety of foods, including fatty fish, egg yolks, and fortified foods such as milk and cereal. It is also produced by the body when the skin is exposed to sunlight. Vitamin D supplements are available in a variety of forms, including tablets, capsules, and liquids. The recommended daily intake of vitamin D varies depending on age, sex, and other factors, and it is important to follow the dosage recommendations provided by a healthcare professional. There are several different forms of vitamin D available, with the two most popular being ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

The Original Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil For over 25 years we’ve been selling our whole and natural wild salmon oil, sourced from the pristine waters of Alaska. 100% sustainably wild-caught, our salmon oil contains all the synergistically active omega fatty acids in a ratio found in free-swimming salmon, as well as the antioxidant astaxanthin and vitamin D — just as nature intended.
Processed immediately after harvest, the oil is made using a chemical-free proprietary extraction method, in a manner very similar to that used for extraction of extra virgin “cold pressed” olive oil. Our method is temperate so that the naturally occurring omegas, astaxanthin and vitamin D are not destroyed as is the case with many other fish oils. Sophisticated quality control procedures are utilized in every step of our manufacturing process and our facility is strictly enforced by Alaska Department of Fish & Game.
- Manufactured by Natural Factors to ensure safety and potency in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) of the FDA and Health Canada.
