One case report described changes in blood levels (hemoglobin and hematocrit) in someone taking 7-keto-DHEA for a week, though the clinical meaning of that is unclear. There isn't enough safety data to recommend 7-keto-DHEA during pregnancy, and the facts advise against it because it's hormone-related.
For breastfeeding, no reliable safety information is available, so the product is best avoided. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist before use if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
