- CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE USE. Do not exceed recommended serving. Do not use this product if you are at risk for or are being treated for high blood pressure, heart, kidney, thyroid, or psychiatric disease, anxiety, depression, seizures disorders, strokes, or any other medical condition. May increase serum hormone levels, which could produce a positive result if you are subject to steroid testing.
- Do not take this product if you are using antidepressants, MAO/MAOI inhibitors or any other prescription drugs. Not for use in woman or in any persons under the age of 21.

- Suggested Use: Adults (21 or older) - Take one Capsule twice daily. Take one capsule mid-morning and one mid-afternoon. Take on an empty stomach with an 8-12oz glass of water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
