Calcium
Calcium is a vital nutrient found in various foods such as dairy products, certain vegetables, and many fortified items. Over 99% of the body's calcium is stored in the bones and teeth, predominantly as hydroxyapatite. The remaining calcium circulates in the blood, extracellular fluid, muscles, and other tissues, where it is essential for processes like nerve signaling, muscle contraction, vascular activities, glandular secretion, and maintaining cell membrane and capillary permeability. It also plays critical roles in enzyme reactions, respiration, kidney function, and blood clotting, and is involved in neurotransmitter and hormone release, amino acid uptake, vitamin B12 absorption, and gastrin secretion. Calcium balance changes with age: it is positive during periods of growth, stable in adulthood, and tends to become negative in older age. Calcium loss occurs through feces, urine, sweat, and shedding skin cells. In women, reduced estrogen levels decrease calcium absorption and retention, increase bone turnover, and lead to lower bone mass. Calcium supplements come in various forms, including citrate and carbonate, which differ mainly in their calcium content and absorption rates. Calcium citrate is easily absorbed and can be taken without food, making it suitable for older adults or those with low stomach acid. In contrast, calcium carbonate, which contains a higher percentage of calcium, is best absorbed when taken with meals.

Dicreatine Malate
Description:Creatine is an organic amine that occurs naturally in the body and is also found in certain foods, such as meat and fish. It is stored mostly in the skeletal muscles, where it is used to generate energy during physical activity. Creatine is a popular over-the-counter dietary supplement, and some evidence suggests it is effective at improving exercise performance, particularly during high-intensity activities such as weightlifting and sprinting. However, the degree to which creatine supplements may improve exercise performance can vary depending on the individual and the type of physical activity being performed Creatine is generally well-tolerated but may cause some minor side effects, such as cramping and water retention in some individuals. Long-term use has been rarely linked to kidney problems, but its use is generally regarded as safe. There are several different forms of creatine available, with the most common form being monohydrate salt. Other salt forms, including di-creatine citrate and 'pH buffered' creatine, are also available.

L-Glycine
Description:Glycine is an amino acid found naturally in the body and is also available as a dietary supplement. It is considered a non-essential amino acid, meaning that the body can produce it on its own. Glycine supplementation has been studied for its potential to help improve sleep quality as it is purported to help to promote relaxation and reduce muscle tension. Some studies have also suggested that it may help to improve symptoms of sleep disorders such as insomnia. Glycine has also been studied for its potential to help with the management of some types of chronic pain, such as osteoarthritis, and for improving cognitive function.

L-Methionine
Description:Methionine is an essential amino acid, meaning it must be obtained through the diet since the body cannot produce it on its own. It plays a crucial role in protein synthesis and various metabolic processes. Methionine is commonly found in protein-rich foods like meat, fish, dairy products, and certain plant-based sources, making it an important component of a balanced diet to support overall health and proper bodily functions.

L-Glutamine, Micronized
Description:L-glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body, produced primarily in skeletal muscle and then released into circulation. It serves vital roles in various tissues, including the immune system, gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, and liver, where it supports essential functions such as maintaining intestinal integrity, immune response, and amino acid balance. Although traditionally classified as a non-essential amino acid, during periods of severe stress, glutamine becomes conditionally essential due to the body's increased demand. It acts as a critical nitrogen and carbon transporter between organs, and while the intestinal mucosa can synthesize glutamine, this production is insufficient during times of significant physiological stress. Dietary supplements generally contain L-glutamine as it is the biologically active form of the amino acid.

Formula |
- Tri-MG Infusion with betaine and HMB Check No
Micronized amino acids with MicroSorb amino technology Check No
Creatine matrix blend Check No
- Macronized glutamine to support positive muscle function
- 50g protein
10g BCAA
3g creatine matrix
124g carbs
- Contains: Milk and soybeans.
- This champion blend weighs in at 750 calories, 50 grams of fast, medium and slow absorbing proteins and a 124 gram blend of important carbs - and the amounts are even higher when mixed with milk.
- Tri-MG Infusion - This anabolic blend consists of clinically studied betaine (a.k.a. trimethylglycine) and HMB. This combination of ingredients creates an anti-catabolic affect for your muscles.
- Micronized Amino Acids - Using MicroSorb amino technology, the amino acids added to this formula are pulverized, or "micronized" from large molecules into smaller particles to facilitate faster absorption. Why is that important? Better absorption of amino acids means better muscle fuel. These key amino acids, including glutamine, arginine and leucine, all support muscle protein synthesis and other key processes crucial to gaining mass.
- Creatine Matrix Blend - For added muscle benefits, this matrix includes 3 forms of creatine, plus other ingredients your body uses to make creatine.

Brand IP Statement(s) |
- Get Your Muscle On:
A university study has proven that the ratio of macronutrients in Amplified Mass XXX can help you increase lean muscle mass and improve strength and stamina with 40% fewer sets. That means you get the same results with three sets of resistance training as non-users get with five sets.
- 3 sets + Amplified Mass XXX = 5 sets
- In an eight-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of healthy male volunteers, 18 subjects completed 3 sets of resistance training (RT) daily + the macronutrient blend in Amplified Mass XXX, and 16 subjects performed 5 sets RT daily with no supplement. After eight weeks, subjects on the supplement showed equal gains in body weight, fat free mass (FFM), maximal muscle strength (MMS) and muscle endurance (ME) with only 3 sets RT per day compared to the control group who completed 5 sets RT per day.
