| Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Suggested Usage: Vigorously mix 1 tablespoon into 8-12 oz. of juice or water, 1 to 3 times daily as needed. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.
- NOTICE: This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid.
