- Directions: Swallow the pills with warm water. Recommended serving: To promote feeling of youthfulness and general well-being - one sachet daily. To help alleviate mild symptoms associated with menstrual cycle - four sachets daily, to be taken three times weekly. To promote general health after childbirth - two sachets twice daily or stew the pills with chicken (four sachets each time), to be taken after postnatal vaginal discharge (normally ten days after childbirth).
