Bromelain
Bromelain is a group of proteolytic enzymes derived from pineapples. It has been traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and protein-digesting properties. Some research suggests it may have potential benefits for conditions such as allergic rhinitis, burns, cancer, diabetic foot ulcers, and postoperative pain, among others.
