- Directions: For adults, as a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal.
Formula
- Cod Liver Oil is naturally rich in the omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, which play an important role in the brain, eyes, skin and nervous system. Evening Primrose Oil is a rich, natural source of the important unsaturated fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) which may assist in maintaining healthy skin. EPA, DHA and GLA are precursors to prostaglandins, action-specific biomolecules that regulate many important functions in cells. Vitamin A helps maintain a healthy immune system.
