Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Usage: Drink 1 to 2 cups daily for best effect. Can be consumed throughout the year.
Directions: Add 1 heaping tea spoon (2-3 gms) of herbal blend in 6 oz-8 oz of boiling water and steep for 3-8 minutes. Add lemon and honey for taste (if needed).
