Phragmites
Description:Phragmites australis, commonly known as common reed, is a plant with stems and rhizomes that have traditionally been used in medicine, particularly for digestive disorders. Cold Snap is a strengthening and restorative herbal combination that can be taken by all ages at any time of the year.
Basic Way
Take two capsules three times a day.
Another Way
Throw out the notion that a printed set of directions will provide the exact answer. Consider size, constitution, timing and other factors affecting each unique person. Frequent use (as often as every 20 minutes) may be required in certain circumstances. With more experience and some anticipation, you won't need to consume a large quantity of herbs.
Suggested Maximum Amount
No more than 24 capsules per day.
For children under age 12
Start with one capsule and increase gradually, no more than eight capsules in one day.
