This product has one active ingredient: bovine colostrum — the nutrient-rich fluid that comes from a cow's udder after birth. Bovine colostrum contains immunoglobulins (antibodies) and other compounds that may support immune and digestive function.
The capsules also contain inactive ingredients: bovine gelatin, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
Bovine colostrum is possibly effective for rotaviral diarrhea (the kind kids often get) and HIV/AIDS-related diarrhea. It's possibly ineffective for necrotizing enterocolitis — a serious intestinal condition in premature infants.
The evidence for exercise-induced respiratory infections is also rated possibly effective, but the data supporting these uses isn't robust. We don't have effectiveness ratings for other common reasons people take colostrum.
How safe is it?

Bovine colostrum is generally well tolerated in most adults. A small number of trial participants reported mild bloating, nausea, diarrhea, and unsettled stomach at rates similar to those taking a whey-based control.
In people with HIV, rare cases have included nausea, vomiting, and changes in liver function and blood counts — so talk with your doctor if you have HIV or a compromised immune system. If you have a milk or dairy allergy, you should avoid this product.
There isn't enough reliable safety data during pregnancy, so it's best not to use it unless your doctor approves. Safety during breastfeeding isn't well studied, so use caution and talk with your provider.
