They are also a good source of vitamin C, fiber, and other nutrients. Cranberry dietary supplements contain concentrated cranberry extract or powdered cranberry fruit. They are often used to prevent or treat urinary tract infections (UTIs), as cranberries are thought to have certain compounds that may help to prevent bacteria from attaching to the urinary tract.

- Directions:
To maintain a clean urinary tract: Take 1 capsule daily with water about the same time each day. For additional support when needed, take 2 capsules daily for 2 consecutive days, then return to once daily.
With sexual intercourse: Take 2 capsules with water before or immediately after intercourse. Then take 2 capsules the following day.
