- Directions for use: In order to maximize the benefits of Adaptogens, the correct dosages need to be taken. The correct dosage depends on your body weight, stress levels, and physical activity. Daily Dosage: 2-3 Capsules daily (1 Capsule per 50-75lbs of body weight) in the morning, before meals if possible.
Sporting Dosage: an extra 1-2 Capsules, in addition to your daily dosage, for every one hour of high intensity sport training/competition.

- Note: Do Not take adaptogens after 3pm unless you are studying or wish to remain awake at night. If you do note any differences in your ability to fall asleep, take your adaptogens earlier in the day or reduce the dosage.
