Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
- Suggested Use for Adults: Take 1 E Capsule + 1 ZC-D Capsule Day 1: 4 times a day (every 6 hours) Day 2: 3 times a day (every 8 hours) Day 3-5: 2 times a day (every 12 hours) Capsules can be opened. Contents can be mixed with water or juice. An extra E capsule + ZC-D capsule is provided for future use.
