Description: Gluten Safe contains a specifically formulated digestion matrix that contains BioCore DPP-IV which provides supplemental dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV) activity along with other fungal proteases that may support gluten digestion.
Gluten Safe with BioCore DPP-IV supports digestion of small amounts of gluten that might be inadvertently consumed to help maintain your peace of mind. SAN's Gluten Safe also contains the carbohydrate digestion enzymes "Amylase" and "Glucoamylase".
