- Directions: Take one (1) teaspoon for kids ages 2 and 3, two (2) teaspoons for ages 4 and up every 6 hours or as directed by a health care provider. Do not exceed four (4) servings of honey Soothers Daytime Cough Syrup in 24 hours. If also using the Honey Soothers Nighttime Cough Syrup, do not exceed a combined total of four (4) servings in 24 hours.
