Calcium
Calcium is a vital nutrient found in various foods such as dairy products, certain vegetables, and many fortified items. Over 99% of the body's calcium is stored in the bones and teeth, predominantly as hydroxyapatite. The remaining calcium circulates in the blood, extracellular fluid, muscles, and other tissues, where it is essential for processes like nerve signaling, muscle contraction, vascular activities, glandular secretion, and maintaining cell membrane and capillary permeability. It also plays critical roles in enzyme reactions, respiration, kidney function, and blood clotting, and is involved in neurotransmitter and hormone release, amino acid uptake, vitamin B12 absorption, and gastrin secretion. Calcium balance changes with age: it is positive during periods of growth, stable in adulthood, and tends to become negative in older age. Calcium loss occurs through feces, urine, sweat, and shedding skin cells. In women, reduced estrogen levels decrease calcium absorption and retention, increase bone turnover, and lead to lower bone mass. Calcium supplements come in various forms, including citrate and carbonate, which differ mainly in their calcium content and absorption rates. Calcium citrate is easily absorbed and can be taken without food, making it suitable for older adults or those with low stomach acid. In contrast, calcium carbonate, which contains a higher percentage of calcium, is best absorbed when taken with meals.

Alpha GPC
Description:Alpha-GPC (alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine) is a natural compound found in small amounts in foods such as soy lecithin, and is also available as a dietary supplement. It is a source of choline, a nutrient that is important for brain health and function. Alpha-GPC is particularly known for its potential to improve cognitive function, particularly in the areas of memory and learning. It is also being studied for its potential to improve symptoms of Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Alpha-GPC is likely better absorbed and utilized in the body than other sources of choline as it is known to cross the blood-brain barrier. The choline provided from Alpha-GPC is also a precursor to acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter for cognitive functions such as attention, memory, and learning.

Bioperine
Description:Black pepper is a spice made from the dried, unripe fruit of the Piper nigrum plant, which is native to the southwestern coast of India. It is one of the most widely used spices in the world, and it is often utilized to add flavor and heat to a wide variety of dishes. In traditional medicine, black pepper is purported to have a number of health benefits. It is a good source of antioxidants and is thought to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may make it useful in reducing inflammation and swelling in the body. Black pepper is also used as a natural remedy for digestive problems, such as indigestion and bloating, and to boost the immune system. Black pepper is widely used in dietary supplements, specifically, an extract from black pepper known as piperine. Piperine can affect the absorption of many drugs, which is why it has a large number of reported interactions. Oftentimes, these 'interactions' are purposeful, such as when piperine is used with turmeric, to increase its absorption.

- Power you pump
Amplify your gains
To achieve maximum muscular growth, a pump (or hyperemia) is essential. We created Impact Pump to deliver exactly what you need to achieve that envy-inducing next level pump every time you train. This formula delivers only the best, cutting-edge, scientifically validated ingredients to achieve massive pumps for maximum growth.
Growth-Stimulating Pumps: Bodybuilders have long sought the exhilaration of pulse-pounding pumps. They loved the look and feel but what they didn't all know was that the pump was also physically causing profound muscle growth. Physical pressure on the cells caused by the pump during intense physical training triggers myofibril hypertrophy (muscle cell growth). Impact Pump has combined all the best pump-inducing ingredients at full clinical dosages into one powerful formula.
Nootropic Fueled Focus: Staying focused at the gym isn't always easy but it is essential. Today's best trainers recognize the performance gains that can be achieved by making that mind-muscle connection. The more you can improve the connection between your brain and your muscles, the more muscle fibers you can recruit into action to perform a lift. Impact Pump's AlphaMind Advanced Focus blend helps achieve that brain to muscle connection at the neuromuscular junction.
Improved lifts + Increased pump + Intense focus = Superior results
