Bromelain
Description:Bromelain is a group of proteolytic enzymes derived from pineapples. It has been traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and protein-digesting properties. Some research suggests it may have potential benefits for conditions such as allergic rhinitis, burns, cancer, diabetic foot ulcers, and postoperative pain, among others. However, the evidence for its effectiveness in these areas is lacking, and more research is needed. It is important to note that bromelain should not be confused with other protein-digesting enzymes. Pregnant and lactating individuals should avoid using bromelain due to insufficient information about its safety in these populations.

Papain
Description:Papain is a proteolytic enzyme that is extracted from the papaya fruit. It is also known as papaya proteinase. Proteolytic enzymes are enzymes that break down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids. Papain specifically breaks down proteins by hydrolyzing the peptide bonds that link amino acids together. Papain is used in a variety of applications, including food production, medicine, and biotechnology. Medically, papain can be used to remove dead tissue from wounds and to treat certain skin conditions. It has also been used to treat sports injuries, such as sprains and strains. Additionally, it is a common ingredient in digestive enzyme dietary supplements to aid in the digestion of proteins.

Curcumin C3 Complex
Description:Turmeric is a commonly used spice and a member of the ginger family (Zingiberaceae). It is native to India and other parts of South Asia and is known for its bright orange-yellow color and its warm, slightly bitter flavor. In traditional medicine, turmeric is believed to have a number of health benefits due to its high content of antioxidants and other compounds, such as curcumin. It is thought to have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, and it is often used to treat a variety of conditions, including joint pain, digestive problems, skin disorders, and respiratory infections. Most dietary supplements that utilize turmeric standardize their products based on a specific amount of curcumin (curcuminoids) per dose. BioPerine
Description:Black pepper is a spice made from the dried, unripe fruit of the Piper nigrum plant, which is native to the southwestern coast of India. It is one of the most widely used spices in the world, and it is often utilized to add flavor and heat to a wide variety of dishes. In traditional medicine, black pepper is purported to have a number of health benefits. It is a good source of antioxidants and is thought to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may make it useful in reducing inflammation and swelling in the body. Black pepper is also used as a natural remedy for digestive problems, such as indigestion and bloating, and to boost the immune system. Black pepper is widely used in dietary supplements, specifically, an extract from black pepper known as piperine. Piperine can affect the absorption of many drugs, which is why it has a large number of reported interactions. Oftentimes, these 'interactions' are purposeful, such as when piperine is used with turmeric, to increase its absorption.

Lactospore
Description:Bacillus coagulans, also known as Weizmannia coagulans or Lactobacillus sporogenes, is a spore-forming, lactic acid-producing, Gram-positive bacterium used as a probiotic. Bacillus coagulans has shown benefits for constipation and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Its spores are stable in stomach acid and reach the small intestine, where they germinate and multiply, with around 85% reaching their destination. The bacterium is excreted via feces, with spores detectable up to 7 days post-administration. Mechanistically, Bacillus coagulans exhibits antibacterial effects through the production of coagulin, lactic acid, and lactosporin, reducing pathogenic bacteria colonization. It also demonstrates antifungal properties and anti-inflammatory effects, potentially reducing the growth of pathogenic bacteria and decreasing the production of lipopolysaccharides. Bacillus coagulans may stimulate immune response, as evidenced by increased CD4+ T cells in adults with HIV-1 infection and modulation of inflammatory cytokines in schoolchildren. These properties categorize Bacillus coagulans as an immunomodulator, immunostimulant, and probiotic, with potential therapeutic applications in promoting digestive health and immune function.

- inflammotion(TM) -BotaniFlex 125(TM) – Clinically proven to reduce stiffness and ease joint discomfort* -Blocks COX-1, COX-2 and 5-LO enzyme pathways -“Joint comfort” botanicals Boswellin(R)†, Curcumin C3 Complex(R)† and Ginger For years scientists have known when the body releases an overabundance of the enzymes called COX-1 and COX-2, they can trigger joint discomfort and swelling. Recently, a third enzyme, called 5-LO, was discovered that releases chemicals even more debilitating than COX-2. Clinical studies have now proven that the ingredients in BotaniFlex 125(TM) are unique natural compounds that help block all three enzymes. InflamMotion(TM) contains BotaniFlex 125(TM), a unique patent-pending combination of Chinese Skullcap extract and Acacia extract. Researchers have investigated hundreds of plants in their quest to discover a natural solution to joint discomfort. Recently, they discovered the exact ratios of the ingredients in BotaniFlex 125(TM) to be most effective in blocking the triggers that cause joint stiffness and discomfort. A clinical study using a special discomfort “index” showed the effectiveness of these two extracts compared to placebo. The ingredients in InflamMotion(TM) are not only backed by science but are an all-natural solution to joint discomfort that are gentle on the stomach. InflamMotion(TM) also contains a proprietary botanical compound of Ginger root, Curcumin C3 Complex(R)† and Boswellin(R)† that have all demonstrated natural anti-inflammatory activity. Digestive enzymes Bromelain and Papain help blood and nutrients flow to muscle and joint tissue to keep them lubricated and healthy. Rutin, a powerful antioxidant found in citrus fruits, helps protect joint tissue from oxidative stress. InflamMotion(TM) is potency-enhanced with Futurebiotics BioAccelerators(TM). Clinically-proven BioPerine(R)† (piper nigrum extract) improves nutrient bioavailability, while our proprietary natural compound of Ginger extract, Trikatu, super-potent Digezyme(R)† and Lactospore(R)† boosts digestion and absorption.
- inflammotion(TM) Joint Inflammation Action Plan Joint discomfort and inflammation are key indicators of joint health, limiting everyday activities and simple comfort. Whether joint discomfort stems from a temporary inflammation and swelling of the soft tissues around the joints, or a chronic condition such as the breakdown of cartilage in the joints, there are strategies to help maintain and regain healthy joint function. Dietary -Take Futurebiotics InflamMotion(TM) and a comprehensive multi-vitamin and eat a diet rich in fiber and complex carbohydrates. -Eat good fats. Omega-3 fatty acids from salmon, walnuts, flaxseed and fortified eggs, along with monounsaturated fats like canola and olive oil help sooth inflammation. -Ginger and turmeric have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties – use them in preparing food and for extra flavor. Physical Activity -Stay active. Studies show that joint discomfort is reduced and function improved with moderate exercise. -Try low impact activities such as swimming, walking or biking. Studies show that strengthening muscles helps take pressure off your joints. Include strength and resistance training and exercises that increase balance, flexibility and range of motion. Complementary Therapies -Moist hot packs, soaking in a hot tub or getting a massage can help relieve stiffness and discomfort. In some cases a cold pack can help temporarily relieve discomfort. -Acupuncture may trigger the release of pain-killing neurotransmitters and help relieve sore joints. -Daily stretching relaxes and helps stabilize stiff muscles and joints. Try yoga, Tai chi or other daily stretching routines. (See futurebiotics.com) Do’s and Don’ts -Maintain a healthy weight. Every extra pound carried translates into three additional pounds of pressure on knees and hips. -Joint injuries often occur when people are tired - don’t exercise while fatigued. Measure Your Progress As inflammation and stiffness declines, you should notice more freedom from discomfort and stiffness, an increased range of motion and better flexibility and balance. Share your plan and progress with your health professional.
