Raspberry Ketones
Description:Raspberry ketones are natural compounds found in red raspberries, giving them their distinctive aroma. They are often used in dietary supplements and weight loss products due to their potential to aid in fat-burning and weight management. However, scientific evidence supporting their effectiveness in humans is limited, and more research is needed to fully understand their impact on weight loss and health.

Muscle building
- L-carnitine 1800 stimulates growth hormone and helps turn on the mechanism that burns off fat in your problematic areas.
L-carnitine 1800 transfers long-chain fatty acids, such as triglycerides into mitochondria, where they may be oxidized to produce energy. Carnitine has also been shown to reduce fatigue and serve as an appetite suppressant as well.
- Raspberry Ketones
What did scientists learn about fat cells?
Researchers observed that raspberry ketones decreased the amount of fat in the liver and visceral adipose (abdominal fat) tissues. It also significantly increased norepinephrine-induced lipolysis (the decomposition of fat).
Researchers also tested in vitro fat cells with raspberry ketones and found that they showed greater evidence of breakdown when compared to controls.
- Garcinia Cambogia
According to some studies, Garcinia Cambogia can inhibit a fat producing enzyme called Citrate Lyase, making it more difficult for the body to product fat from carbohydrates. It has also been shown to increase levels of the neurotransmitter serotonin. This could theoretically lead to reduced appetite and cravings.
Garcinia Cambogia may consistently lead to significant weight loss.
